A bit about me

When I was a Systems Engineering student at George Mason, I learned how to utilize data to design the best solutions to problems.  Policy making is becoming increasingly data driven, which means we need policy makers who understand it.  My education and work experience as an engineer has prepared me to serve the community I have called home my whole life.

I grew up in Fairfax, where I attended Providence Elementary School.  My family then moved to Haymarket where I attended Battlefield High School’s STEM program.  As a member of their internationally awarded robotics team, I collaborated with and built consensus between individuals with different perspectives and skill sets to bring home success.  The mentorship of my teachers inspired me to obtain my master’s degree and use my knowledge to help others.  Since graduation, I have worked on a multitude of projects and systems in the private sector. I am committed to using my expertise to solve the challenges we face.
